Major binge recovery!

Hiya,
So very new to this site and thought I'd join as a medium for me to channel my thoughts and maybe inspire someone somewhere to join me on my journey really.
This may sound a lot like a diary and I'm talking in third person a lot but it's just a way for me to stay motivated and get back on track since I've fallen off the wagon for the last 2 weeks by eating anything I could get my hands on in excess amounts so..

Okay so after about a good 2 weeks of eating anything and everything I see I think it's about time I get back on my health kick. If not for weight loss then at least to see my collarbones again.
So all in all I've gained approximately 3.5kg-7.7lbs which isn't great.
I feel hella sluggish and have that really uncomfortable urgh I've eaten to much and I can't breathe properly feeling.
My realistic goal is to lose all binge weight by Saturday morning, now I'm not one to give up on a challenge so I'm praying for a miracle!!
Main areas of reform-
1. NO LIQUIDS OTHER THAN WATER (I've been knocking back too many sodas) also a minimum of 3.5litres of water is needed
2. Calorie control- bish is you trying to get fat again, okay my main goal plan is no more than 800 calories of fruit a day. I am being dead serious, if worst comes to worst then a small Apple will come in handy but that's only for late night munchies.
3. LEMON WATER or a grapefruit every morning gotta kick start this metabolism and get rid of these excess pounds
4. Exercise for at least 40 mins a day whether it be speed running or squats you are in need of it babe
5. A moment on the lips a lifetime on the hips so you gotta watch yourself! Also I've got to get into the habit of logging before I eat so I know exactly what I'm eating, when I'm eating and its calories!
6. Stick with it, it's only a 3 day detox BUT I've challenged myself and I'm a sore loser that I know for sure.
7. Allowances-
Black coffee
Herbal tea
Sugar free gum
NO MORE NO LESS
8. Report back tomorrow with your new SW and your GW as well as what you've brought to eat from the shops to eat and feed off (must be fruit!!)

Day one
So I weighed in this morning needless to say I'm grateful I haven't gained more. As of this morning I weigh 62.9kg-138lbs. I've gained 3.9kg- 8.6lbs (had to get off and check 3 times lol ) a lot of which I know is water retention since I've had too much carbs and salts and barely any of that good stuff (water hehe). My goal weight as of 3 days from now is 60kg which I know I can achieve if I stick to my plan.
Okay so far so good, no major hurdles it's 10.08am and I still haven't cracked lol I've stuck to the plan thus far and have had half a grapefruit and a piece of sugar free gum. Wanted to go to a local fresh food shop to buy some fruit but I was running a bit late this morning so It'll have to wait till I get home. I'm not too worried since I'll be done with uni at 1 so more than enough time to grab some fruit. I'm in the mood for some grapes and some melon mmm. I'll update this log at lunch time.

Okay so lunch time YAAY well I'm on my way home to have some lunch since I'm done for the day, it's 2.30pm and I've just gone to buy some organic green seedless grapes a couple more grapefruits and some apples. Couldn't find any ripe papaya or cantaloupe melon so I'll just have to either do without or go to the grocery shop later. Not feeling too bad, I have a slight headache but that could be due to carb withdrawal of just lack of sleep last night lol.

So I ate my grapes and had 2 gala apples, still felt extremely tired so took a nap. I was feeling very lethargic and decided I was in need of something relatively sweet so I cracked and had a slimfast snack bar only 95 calories and also had black coffee. Haven't eaten since 4.30pm and it's currently 11.52pm I'm getting the munchies but I've got to restrain myself. Anywhoo I'll defo update my weight tmoro to let you know how much I lose, I'm expecting some form of loss as I've stuck to the 800 calories of easily digested fruit except for the slim fast snack bar lol
