So, I thought I would try an experiment. I wore my heart rate monitor for 24 hours thinking I would get an accurate number of calories I burn in a day to see how close it would come to these online calculators.. well, something went wrong. my hrm said I burned 4,000 calories about... how could that be when all these calculators say to maintain my weight I could only eat like 2400 calories?? am I doing something wrong?
and before you ask, when I use the hrm for exercise, it is very accurate and close to what they should be according to all those fitness calculators..
