Maintaining a hard-earned form...

I'm maybe a pound or two for reaching my goal, achieving a good form with around 9-10%bf... And to be honest, it took me a lot of hard work and most of all education (large part of it came from this forums- tnx guys!)...
I think i will achieve this in maybe one month from now.

And once i get to this form, how hard would it be maintaining it.. Same weight, muscles, bf percentage around 9-10%.... would 3x weight training a week (full body) + 2x cardio a week be sufficient? Of course, nutrition is to be kept at my optimum maintenance calorie consumption.
Somewhere I read that once one achieves a BF of around 10, it wouldn't be too hard keeping that form as long as you dont worsen your nutrition badly and neglect you weight training?

Please tell me you opinions.
