Mahi Mahi recipies anyone?

Hey I was just wondering if anyone knows any good ways too cook Mahi Mahi fish? I have heard its really good for you, and a new seafood shop opened just down the street that has LOTS of good fresh seafood and I was thinking about buying some, but I have never cooked it before... any ideas?? Thanks!
 
I looovvveee mahi mahi. Here's what I do. If you get it frozen, defrost it in the microwave. Then heat up a greased skillet and throw fillet on there for a few minutes until the meat flakes off with a fork. That's all I do! No seasoning or anything for me! I think it taste great by itself. It reminds me of crab meat :)

mm I love crab meat!! makes me want to go to Red Lobster... Thanks for the tip, I will try that and see.. Im a big fish eater, so I'm sure it will be delicious LOL
 
Hey thanks guys, I will have to try them both. haha too bad I went by the seafood shop and they were OUT of mahi...darn it...LOL just my luck. They always have it in except when I want to buy some.
 
That won't work. He'll know the difference. If I could find a way to turn the taste of fish into chicken, then yes he'll eat it. As long as he doesn't taste fish.
 
I went out fishing last year and brought home a small shark I caught and cleaned it, cooked it, and told my friend it was chicken. She ate it and believed me;)
