I was reading the posting about setting goals, drinking 64 ounces of water a day, drinking v8 juice, and fruit juice and just plane exercising. Well i have set some of those goals aready and already achieved 2 of them. For the past 3 days i have drank my share of water, exercised and had the v8 juice, no snacking after dinner and avoided 2 huge temptation so i feel pretty proud of myself, i am determined to keep this up. And i did my first weigh in Saturday morning. Thank you for forum, i know i will get the support i need and i hope i can be a supporter to some one as well.
