Macro Nutrient Ratios

What do you guys think are the optimum macro nutrient ratios (P/C/F) for the following cases.

Bulking
Cutting
Maintaining

I have read a lot of different opinions on this.

It's all dependent on your stats......

There is no cookie cutter plan for every single person because every person is different in height, age, weight, training/diet history, etc....
