Im in to body building to a certain degree as i play rugby, im also a strength coach for a rugby superleague team and i think the best source of information anywhere on the web is a site called TESTOSTERONE MUSCLE | Unapologetic Muscle-Building Elitists, this is where all the worlds greatest strength coachs talk etc and post their articles.

ive just build my last program based on some of their principals and think ill reach my target of gaining 12lb in 4 months!!

Read the stickies in the forums - there's a TON of good information on exercise and where to start when you're new to it.
