i'll post pics of everything i eat. like a food log, except with pics cause i'm pretty lazy about writing.


i will measure myself and weigh myself tomorrow. i have 92-ish lbs and many inches to lose, i know that.


i have been reading the 4-hour body by tim ferriss and it's given me some good ideas and motivation. i'm hoping after 4+ years this will be what sticks and works for me.


basically my plan is no carb, high protein, calorie restriction and 30 + min exercise daily.


breakfast: 3 eggs and 4 faux bacon strips (350 cal, 31g protein)




lunch: pounded 2 cups orange juice in a dehydrated haze and immediately rejected it (300 calories? + 23948323 grams of sugar.. blah)
