It's hard to say, they could be the inguial lymph nodes, but from your discription of the location who knows. If they are swollen you are fighting off an infection possibly, or have an infection that they are working to clear up. Got any symptoms? Any other areas that are swollen? Are they tender too? Got a better discription of the location of the bumps?
