Ok...guys, trying to make this the "official" comp thread. First off, we need to set the start date. I'm thinking Monday, we all post current stats and pics and workout routine (with the general weight range used per exercise). Every week or two we post new progress pics, and we have the end of Sept as our ending point...or as a new starting point if you guys want to take it that far.
