Lunches

These are the school Lunches I want you people to help me on
Tuesday: chicken noodle soup, peanut butter and jelly, sandwich veggie sticks fruit choice.
Wed. tacos and fixings (veggies) corn fruit choice
Thurs.creamed turkey on chow mein noodles green beans fruit choice
Friday: chicken nugglets frecnh fries peas fruit choice

What days should i eat a salad...could i make friday or wednesday a cheat day?? i love them foods all of them lol. I should probably eat salad all week right? I dont wanna stay away from all the foods i love but i guess i have to if i wanna be thin.

all the breakfast days i would either have oatmeal eggs or cereal and every day at lunch drink a water and at dinner i would eat something most likely healthy like chicken fish lean hamburger

please add some commas :p in the right place please "peanut butter and jelly, sandwich veggie sticks fruit choice." veggie sandwich? sounds... interesting? lol

i have a feeling that it being a school that those food would be nutritionaly deprived, and very fattening. just make your self a sandwich on 12 grain or whole wheat bread, and bring it to school.

Personally, I wouldn't eat any of those meals.

Commercial-made soups are very high in sodium; the PB&J is most likely on white bread and made w/ regular (not natural) PB.

I don't like tacos. Plus, the meat is usually cooked up in a huge skillet FULL of oil; and the shells are just white flour garbage.

Creamed turkey - anything in a cream sauce means high in saturated fat.

Chicken nuggets - cooked in a boiling vat of oil. French fries - cooked in a boiling vat of oil. Need I say more?

Your best bet is to make your own lunches and bring to school. Not only can you control what you eat and make healthy choices, but it's actually a lot cheaper in the long run.

Eat a salad everyday! The extra veggies is super! And salads are super-low in calories, so you never have to worry about eating too much (unless you douse it in dressing and bacon bits). My favourite salad dressing is some fresh squeezed lemon juice.

Have a cheat meal when you know you'll feel most vulnerable. I have mine on Sunday afternoons because I'm at my boyfriend's house and his mother always makes delicious Sunday suppers - there's no way I could say no to those!

yeah school meals are gross, my school has some particularly nasty stuff, thats why i have 2 apples, a bag of carrots, and either a roast beef sandwich or a sandwich with egg, feta cheese, spinach leaves, and tomato.

should i eat fat free mayo or would it be just as bad as reg mayo?
is the NATURAL kind of peanut butter just as fatty as the reg. kind?
The whole grain bread that i picked up at the store that had all the grains on top had more fat grams then just reg whole wheat bread is that okay and also is rye bread good for you? I dont cover my salad in fatty dressing i use fat free honey dijon all i put in my salad is lettuce onions tomatoes green peppers and sometimes ham. Is the ham a good or bad choice?

fat free mayo is ok, i dont use it though, i just use less regular mayo.

natural peanut butter has less bad fats like the trans and saturated fats, and more monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, which are better for you.

the reason the bread with all the grains on top has more fat because its has more nuts in it, nuts are fatty but once again they are the natural good fats your body needs.

so the fat wouldnt harm me at all? Also in one of the posts u said something like u should eat before you excercise? today i ate a can of corn and a rice cake and then about 20 minutes later went out and did a half of a mile..??

That sandwhich sounds good grammaton, But what is feta cheese? Is it high in calories or anything? Also, Do you use the whole egg or just the whites? I use miracle whip for mayo, I think it taste better then regular mayo and its really low in calories and stuff but i do like the mayo they use at subway and stuff but i could never figure out how they got it to taste like that cause all of the mayo ive bought taste's weird.

feta cheese is greek cheese comes in containers, in "brime" which is pretty much salty cheese water, its a hard cheese, go on google for a pic. its very good, and i have never really looked at the calories cause i dont count calories, and yes i use the whole egg, theres no point wasting the centre.

yeah the subway mayo does taste damn good.
