Lower Chest

What are some workouts that you do. Im trying to cut some fat around that area. Im doing decline reps of 15 x4.
What are some other things I should focus on.

Dips.

Remember that a workout of one area cuts fat across the ENTIRE body. Hence, if you workout your right forearm only, it will not only strip fat from your forearm, but also EQUALLY from everywhere!

If you wanna strip the most fat (on any body part), workout your glutes, hams, and quads with squats!

I really cant do squats at the moment because of my rigth leg. Really messaed up from my accident over a year ago. Trying to get myself a physical therapist so I can run again. If I could run I could loose so much weight.

Dips... Weighted with a diving belt if you can do more than 6 per set!

Good luck on your leg recovery!

Thank you alot. Its been a year since the accident had to stop playing football but im stronger then ever inside thats what counts.

Try pre-fatigueing the chest first i.e do the isolated work first like flyes or even fatigue the triceps first thus making the chest have to work harder you won't be able to push as much weight but it will be a different stress placed on the muscles or do your bench press first then your incline or decline then when you do your flyes do a set of x10 then immediately after do x 10 push ups then go straight back to flyes then do another set of press ups continue this circuit x2 times more. Short of that try some chest exercises on the swiss ball i.e press ups on the ball or legs on the ball and press ups on the floor .......just a few ideas!
