I did some deadlifts on friday, pretty though stuff all fatigued. when i woke up the next morning i was very ill, i think i cought something from my girlfriend. thing is, my lower back now hurts quite abit, and it is very stiff. it was very stiff right after i did the deadlifts too, but then it felt more like the muscles was just ****ed.. but now im afraid i might have hurt my spine at the lower back or something. it also hurts when i lie out flat on my stomach.
i was thinking that since i was ill, my body doesnt prioritate to recover the muscles.. so it will take longer time and hurt a bit, but im not sure :S
