In the past few weeks I've noticed that often when I walk, around my right lower back and in my hips theres been something clicking. I'm not sure if its audible but each time I take a step i feel like two bones are clicking against each other. Anyone have any ideas of the cause or a treatment? At times it is somewhat painful.
