Lower abs much bigger than upper?!

Hi,

I've been doing crunches for about four months now, and sit-ups for about two years before that. My lower abs are considerably bigger than my upper abs. What's up?

Dude, your abs are just one long muscle, the lines that give the "sixpack effect" are tendons.

So your lower abs cant be bigger or smaller. you prob just have a layer of fat. Abs are build in the kitchen, not in the gym.

its probably just a layer of fat that is bigger, not your lower abs. Usually people have this problem with upper abs cause they don't have enought variety in their training. Be sure to target upper, lower, and middle abs equally
