Lower abs is bulging

Hi,
I am 42 male. I am thin but my lower abs is bulging. I have been doing crunches, push up and plank nightly at home about 15mins. Please advise me how to get rid of the lower abs fat. TQ
 
The only way to reveal abs is to reduce your body fat. There is no way to spot reduce fat on just your abs.

The best way to reduce body fat is to reduce the number of excess calories you are eating, or to do more fat burning exercise, my preference is hiit training.

You can also do lots of cardio training. I'll recommend running. If you don't love running try boxing or other martial arts instead. Don't forget to monitor your diet as well. Good luck!!
