I was wondering why my upper abs are showing but my lower ones do not....I have about a 11% body fat if that helps any...can n e one here suggest some workouts to do? or maybe a plan that works for them...
I agree, cardio will bring those abs up.NBS 4life said:You need to crank up the cardio. Getting the body fat to about 8% would be good. You cant spot reduce body fat through isolation exercises.
