Lower Abdominal Workouts

Heh, I'm still working on those abs, but does anyone know any excercise I can do that will really work out my lower abs? I only know one workout, and it doesn't feel like it's helping me any.

Try doing the ab exercises you already know while sucking in your navel. This will help you engage your lower ab muscle.

Specific exercises to try? Incline or hanging leg raises, or leg raises on the ground. When doing them on the ground, thrust your hips up at the end and push your feet towards the ceiling, pause for a second at the top and you will feel those lower abs burn. Bridges are also very effective if you remember to suck in that navel.

I think they do too much damage to the hips at full extension. I could be wrong about that, but I would prefer someone assisting you during leg raises, ie, pushing your feet back down.

Thanks about the Laguna GIF, too. I thought it was pretty cool, so I decided to use it...there was a website that had a bunch of them, but now I can't remember what they were >_<
