Low carb weight loss progress has quickly stopped...tips?

I've been on a low carb diet for around a week. My energy felt really flat so I read that it's a good idea to introduce high fats for energy. I felt much better but any progress stopped after I introduced the fats. I lost half an inch on my waist in the mean time. I believe the fats are the culprit for the halt in weight loss progress. I plan to continue low carb and low fat, but I know I'll feel flat again, making exercise very difficult, even at a moderate pace.

Any tips to get more energy?

Yes...eat carbs.

Seriously, carbs are the primary fuel source for energy in the body. Cut carbs, you feel sluggish.

What's your daily calorie intake? what's the macro breakdown?

age? gender? height? weight? physical activities? daily lifestyle/job?

I'm an endomorph and find it tough to lose weight without lowering carb intake. I do take in carbs, around 100g, and that's my low level! I do not completely eliminate carbs. I lower them, but lowering them to 100g roughly a day will still make me feel sluggish.

29, male, 5'2, 159lb. Wheelchair user. I do a lot of pushing around, and mainly use this now as my main form of exercise, although I do have free weights which I use every now and again. I'll be honest, I simply got bored of using them! For a job I am behind a computer.

I simply cannot lose weight without lowering carb intake. No if's or but's. Has to happen.

Increasing fat consumption gave me increased energy but it seemed to have halted my fat loss progress.

I've been reading around online for anything that can increase energy while low carbing and it seems only fats do it. So, it seems I'll have to suffer.
