Low carb and refeed

How many low carb days do you go one before you need a refeed?
L=lowcarb
R=refeed

LLLLRLLLLRLLLLR... Will that work?

And what should the the %'s be like...

L=50/20/30
R=40/40/20

Also does the workout schedule play any factor here?
 
The old anabolic diet....wow haven't heard that stuff for a long time. Dr. Pisquale's (probably misspelled) book explains that fully. I believe it is a little less than a month for most body types.
