Howdy, I am needing some expert advice on supplementing my protein.
I'd prefer the full spectrum of amino acids but will take what I can get. There are whey proteins and lutein or lusein or something based supplments, I read the latter was better but as I said it doesn't matter.
I don't care if it taste like bottled ass, I'll chug it, as long as the calorie content is as low as possible. Anyone seen anything like this?
