I found these on a low calorie web sight and they are not bad!
Bananah Muffins
1 1/4 cup of unbleached flour
3 Tablespoons of lightbrownsugar packed
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 Tablespoon of pumpkin spice
1 cup of smashed bananah's
3 Tablespoons of fat free sourcream
1 egg white whipped
1/3 cup of skim milk
PREHEAT OVEN AT 350
spray a 6 cup muffin pan with fat free cooking oil and sprinkle a little
of the unbleached flour and set aside.
Get 2 bowls 1 for wet ingrediants and 1 for dry.
In 1 bown mix in flour brown sugar baking powder pumpkin spice.
In 2nd bowl mix egg milk bananah sour cream.
Now combine the 2 bowls and mix til moist then whith an ice cream scooper
or a tablespoon and a 1/2 fill each a little more than 1/2 way.
Pop in oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown then take out let cool
and to make them more yummy without extra calories spray some fat free butter spray and sprinkle splenda and cinnamon!
Calories 150 Fat 1 carbs 35
Great for breakfast or mid day snack!
