I'v decided after much deliberation (if thats a word), To diet for the next two weeks and drop aproximatly 10 lbs. MY BMI is 2,005 calories. I work out at the gym 3 days a week and go on 5km runs the other 4 days of the week. Now on this diet to burn that fat i'm going to jump on the bike aswel while at the gym for aprox half an hour. I realize there is the risk of over training or w/e and also I realize there is the possibility of looseing some muscle (although I can't see that in only 2 weeks of doing this).
I was just curious if someone on this site had some good advise for low calorie food ? I was planning on just haveing a couple protiene shakes a day and besides that some cerial and mabey a frozen borrito for a snack plus dinner wich usually consists of green beens/potato/carrots/steak (chicken breast, porkchop).
