Hello. I am new to this forum and I may targeted the wrong section of it, so please forgive me.
I have always been very lean and only in my teenage years added more mass so I looked and still look lean. I am 21, weight 159 pounds and I am 6.16feet. I believe I am lean.
I was not very into the sports, however I was always training here and there. I train myself almost everyday at home, but it's often just for fun, because I feel satisfaction while pushing my body.
I eat quite a lot, but rarely fat food. I would like to know what kind of food I should have to eat and also what kind of workout I should do to maintain lean, but muscular body. Note that I do not want to get big or bulky - I just want to add more muscle mass on my body while not adding fat which I believe would be hard because of my fast methabolism. What kind of excercises I should do ?
