Any ideas for how to get rid of love handles? Now that bikini season is here, I notice the waist of my bikini cuts into my sides! Besides getting a bigger suit, how can I solve this problem?
Are there any specific exercises to help this area? Any foods to add or avoid?
Some background:
I run for 30 minutes three or four times a week and work with an exercise ball for my abs. I sometimes use dumbells to work on my arms, and do leg exercises about once a week.
