I have these awful love handles that won't go away, and they are annoying as crap. I run 5 days a week, abs at least 4 days a week, and i do resistance training also which works my core (so i'm told). I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on some exercises/techniques to get rid of this problem area. My diet is of no issue as i stick to low carb, low fat, 2000-2500 calories a day burning about 3000-3500 a day, getting at least 1g of protein for every pound of body weight. So mainly my question is are these things just gonna take time for them to disappear or can i speed up this process?
