"love handles"

Do you guys have any advice on how to get rid of "love handles" ? I've lost 30 pounds last summer and I'm still working on loosing more by doing Tae bo. But my love handles wont go away!! Please give me advice!!

lose more weight. clean up diet.
you absolutely, 100%, can NOT spot reduce fat. Only course of action is lowerign total body fat.
 
eat good wholsome foods, drink 1-2 gallons of water a day, have a calorie deficit which means you expend more calories than you consume so eat 4-6 small meals a day, do some form of cardio about 4 times a week for an houre each. start taking multi-vitamins.
 
Eat 4-6 clean meals per day. Do cardio 4-6 times/week. Do strength training 2-3 times per week. Rest 1-2 days per week.

Once you lower your overall body fat % you will see the love handles go away. PS- for every pound of muscle you have, it burns 35-50 calories a day.
