Do you guys have any advice on how to get rid of "love handles" ? I've lost 30 pounds last summer and I'm still working on loosing more by doing Tae bo. But my love handles wont go away!! Please give me advice!!
eat good wholsome foods, drink 1-2 gallons of water a day, have a calorie deficit which means you expend more calories than you consume so eat 4-6 small meals a day, do some form of cardio about 4 times a week for an houre each. start taking multi-vitamins.
