LOVE Handles.

Alright I haven't tooken my body Fat % yet, but just out of curiosity, how much body fat % do you need to have More or Less in order to lose them, IM about 5'10" Male, 178 pounds, And Im doing cardio and weight training (approx. 2-4 hours a day, 3-5 times a week).

By the way it looks like as if my love handles shifted to my back. Can someone tell me some techniques in order to lose them (paired with a cardio)
 
as a rough guess, based on your height and weight, you have a bit of access fat, so I would focus more on your cardio than weight training ... unless your goal is to bulk-up??
 
OK, yeah according to the Internet calcultor, I have 25.5 Body fat (25 is average), so Im a little overweight. Well now im not trying to bulk up since Cardio kinda contradicts the whole bulking up idea. But I do tone the muscle, but my prioritie are my love handles.

Just work on your cardio (try interval training when you first get up)... and make sure you do something lifting since muscle can use fat as a source of energy... but I will not get into too much detail...

And just to let other people know.... doing 100 crunches, 100 bicycles etc... is not going to get the fat off your stomach... there you are basically smushing the fat that is ontop of the muscles that are working out... (sry... feel like I'm repeating myself...:rolleyes: )

The internet calculators don't work Ilso2 and the average of 25% doesnt mean you shouldnt strive to be less as its only an average it still may not be the "recommended" %
