Alright I haven't tooken my body Fat % yet, but just out of curiosity, how much body fat % do you need to have More or Less in order to lose them, IM about 5'10" Male, 178 pounds, And Im doing cardio and weight training (approx. 2-4 hours a day, 3-5 times a week).
By the way it looks like as if my love handles shifted to my back. Can someone tell me some techniques in order to lose them (paired with a cardio)
