Lots of new starts what should I expect to lose

im 215. Not active. I’m going to stop drinking alcohol. I drink every night and lots. I’m giving up soda and juice. I am drinking skinny fit detox teas twice a day. I’m taking the over the counter alli to block fat. I also started nutrisystem. I’m starting to walk more. What do you guys think I will start losing?
