Lots of Cardio

I sometimes have a hard time eating healthier, however I dont have a hard time excercising more , especially since I'm home most of the time. Is it okay to do a hard cardio session (for me about 20-30minutes on cycle) in the morning and night everyday?

I personally don't see anything wrong with exercising alot, just don't do it if you feel like it is too much. If you feel like you've pulled a muscle etc take it easy.

I don't see how doing alot of cardio can be a correction for eating nutrionally weak foods. But it will burn off the calories from whats eated.

Your exercise program you develop will largely depend on your current state of health and condition in addition to your personal goals.

If you are first starting out, and about to embark on something your body isnt used to, its better to take it slow but methodical at first and build up and be progressive.

1. What are your personal goals?
2. What are your "basic" knowledge circumference of dieting and fitness to give you the "tools" to earn these goals?

I can't get myself to recommend a morning and night cardio session because I dont know enough about you.

But do disclose more information so we can give a more informed opinion, young man.

Bring your stuff, be tough, and we will help you get buff. :)

Best wishes to you.

Much peace and happiness to you everyday!

20-30 mins in the morning plus 20-30 mins in the night sounds like 40-60 mins per day. An hour of exercise is recommended. Having said that your information is insufficient to know what you do diet-wise and exercise-wise, and more importantly your goals.
