Resolutions, Smesholutions. Let's be honest. Even for the most dedicated of us, the novelty of sticking with a New Year's Resolution wears off after a few weeks. So, instead, I encourage you to come up with a shortlist of goals... Do you want to get all the way through your workout? Run a 5K? Get those washboard abs you've always wanted? Because goals are action-oriented, once you decide what you want to achieve and commit yourself, you're much more likely to see success. To get you started, here are my top three: 1. Lose 10% Body Fat by end of Summer 2. Tone up my legs by doing 5 sets of 20 squats 4 days a week 3. Get super-toned arms with a hybrid of LES MILLS PUMP and P90X What are yours?
