Lost weight Cant tell :S

hi everyone. i been goin to the gym for just over a month now, i have lost jst below a stone.. and i feel more fitter.. can do alot more things but i still look the same :s i get on the scale and im 14st 11lb.. i was 15st 6lb can any 1 tell me y or is it 2 early to start showing?

but also the gym has toned my pecks. arms and the top abs up.
 
lol... I am totally confused by your post. So you've lose weight and can tell you increased muscle in your arms, pecs and top abs... yet you say you don't see results? I'm lost :p

no i ment on my stomach and thighs.. they still look the same to me, ive noticed the size of other things jst i dont think my stomach has changed.
 
well, those are a few of the areas where your fat leaves the last.
Its a long haul for some. The difference between those who have a great body and those who dont is their dedication and perseverence. Stay at it!
 
i thought ussually when u start working out u actually gain wait but looses inches...hence ur actually making muscle and it weighs less than fat, so im confused as to why ur dropping weight? perhaps i just didnt read that correctly?
