In May of 2010 I weighed 260-265 lbs at five foot nine inches and twenty-three years old.
Now, I am 180-185 lbs, five foot ten inches (yes actually gained height when posture corrected), and twenty-four years old.
The problem I'm having is toning my body up now. I'm having issues with the extra skin that comes with losing weight and a small pudge right around my belly button. I'm lean but (in my view) still have a gut sticking out.
My lower abs have hardened and somewhat appeared but I just can't seem to get my mid/upper abs to cooperate. My chest is toned along with my arms but, as I stated, I cannot get my stomach to get with the program!
I don't do any extreme working out. I just stay active and keep an eye on what I eat. I always make sure that if I eat some junk that I'm going to be doing something that day to burn it off.
Does anyone have any recommendations/ ideas on where to start and how to get my stomach in the game?
Thanks in advance!
