lost some weight

Its been a week since ive been on a diet and i lost 2.5 is that good?...or not enough?

First off... scratch out the word "diet." It sounds so temporary. ;) 1-2lbs per week is safe.. well unless you're on the heavier side (which you're not) and you have the potential of losing more. Good luck.
