LOST POUND AND A FEW

It hasn't even been a week, since I weighed myself. My regular weight-in days are thursday and I weighted myself this morning. A week ago, on the scale I was 166 pounds. Now I'm at 165 lbs and close to 164lbs.

I already felt a difference in my body, because of the PJs Im wearing. These Pj's when I got them were extremely uncomforatable and tight. Now they are slightly baggy. This is a happy day.

I think I big factor of my slight weight loss is the water. I drink so much of it everyday, It's just became second nature. I love my new healthy lifestyle.


However, I would love to cut down on, salt, butter and cheese.


Yesterday I had a steak, not a very good meal to have when losing weight, but the steak was the size of my palm. The recommended amount of meat you should have on your plate.
