Lost 70 pounds so far, pretty proud of myself.

At the beginning of February of this year I decided enough was enough and I had to do something about my weight. I was tipping the scales at about 305 at 18 years old and was completely disgusted with myself. It got so bad that it interfered with my social life.

Here is a picture of me at about my fattest, in late 2008.

This was taken last Christmas, pre-weight loss.

I don't have any pictures between 300-280, so here's one of me at 275-ish.

I feel like I've made solid progress so far but I realize I still have a long way to go.e are some pics of me pre-weight loss.

Wow, way to go! Amazing success. I wish my tummy would flatten like yours did with every ten lbs up there! What was your diet and fitness plan like?

Man you look freaking insane now!! Your arms look sick. Congrats on the hard work. How did you go about doing it? Meaning food and working out and such. Looking at those pics make me wanna go workout right this second! haha.

Thanks. Well I would ride a stationary bike when I started (it was too cold out to ride an actual bike) for 60 mins, about 21-22 miles and I'd do weight training after that. As for diet, I pretty much just eat the same shit I used to, just less often and less of it. I also cut back severely on snacking, maybe 1 or 2 small snacks a day now, usually almonds or an apple or banana.

You should be proud of yourself! You look great! 70 pounds is a lot of weight to drop.

Thank you, it was definitely not easy and I wanted to give up several times but I'm glad I kept pushing myself long enough to see the results start to show. Now I just gotta make it all the way. :p

Haha yeah, she's quite stunnig...too bad she recently turned into a complete bitch, but that's neither here nor there. That night was definitely some of the most fun I've had tho.

Haha thanks. I have a few friends that are all about weight training and belong to the local gym so I joined also and just pretty much followed their lead because I had no idea what I was doing in the beginning.

Damn dude, awesome stuff! You definitely should be proud of yourself! Congrats on the weight loss so far, and I wish you continued success!

Kick-ass work, man! You've undergone quite a transformation. Congratulations on having the dedication to follow through with your decision, and good luck in the future!

Thanks man, I'm really hoping to get most of this done by Christmas break this year. The whole obesity thing has really taken its toll on me though. I apparently have developed quite the inferiority complex and am way too reserved emotionally. The weight loss has helped quite a bit and I hope the more I lose, the more my obesity related mental problems will disappear. Thanks for the support though everybody, I greatly appreciate it.
