Lost 5 Pounds In 8 Days

Recently decided to become a much healthier person so I have been eating lots of better foods you know fruit, veg, low fat meals also only drinking water and going to the gym 6 times a week. I have managed to go from 10 stone 6 pounds to 10 stone 1 pound in one week and I am very pleased with my results. I kept track of my results at home by making a chart and figured that I am burning around 500-1000 calories a gym session which last 1-2 hours. So I would like to thank all you guys and girls on this forum for all the useful tips. Also how much weight do you think I lose in order to stay healthy and safe I am about 5.6"-5.7" tall and 19 years old.
