Lost 36 Lbs in 2 and half months. Messed up by binging for 5 days

Hey guys, so I started my diet mid July! My starting weight was 220Lbs, and last week Thursday I was at 184lbs. I thought I’d reward myself, but one meal turned into 5 days of dirty eating! I can’t even write everything I ate.
Now I have 7 weeks until December 1st to lose the max amount of weight I can cause I have an event.

Secondly- hop back on the bike & put the last 5 days down to experience &move on.
