Hey everyone. My New Years Resolution is turning out to pay dividends. I stayed dedicated to my weight loss goals and kept to my exercise routine. I would go for a morning jog, and try to do a light workout at night. So far I have lost 30 pounds. I started at 310 in January and am down to 278 as of today.
So just wanted to say if you stick to your goals you can achieve results!
