Lost 160 Pounds in 6 months 100% Natural - Video Included

So I started July 2013 on my weight loss journey, starting at 477 Pounds I managed to drop 160 pounds in 6 months. I did it 100% naturally. no pills, surgeries, or magic drinks. I just a healthy dose of reality.

I focused on a 1500-2000 Calorie diet high in protein, low in fat, and as close to 0 Simple Carbs as possible.

I started by just walking and worked my way to jogging, then running and lifting weights.

I was monitored by doctors and nutritionist with blood work every 2 weeks to make sure the progress was healthy.

Without spoiling the video too much, lets just say, the results were awesome.

You have made brilliant changes. Your father would be amazed.

I found the decision of what my goal weight should be was incredibly hard. You certainly look great - are you at goal now? Have you thought through your maintenance strategy?
