Hello I have been steadily working out three days per week 1 and a half hours per day for the past 6 months or so. I weighed 135 lbs and I'm 5'8. My measurements were 37" chest, 27" waist, 38" hip. Well about a month ago I got really sick with a terrible cold. I was out of the gym until now. The entire time I was eating properly. But now I weigh 125 lbs with the measurements 35.5", 26", 36.6" is it possible that I lost 10 lbs of muscle in that little of time? I'm honestly really confused as I've been a couch potato while I was sick. To me I don't look like I have less fat but I don't look as toned.
