So, quick info about me: Had a car accident (January 2012) , I'm fine now and would like to start the gym again. Thing is, I have gained weight and I feel so self-conscious about myself that I can't move my butt and go. I feel like it's a shame. I know it all sounds very weird and it is psychological but I'm really looking for advice so I can be myself again. I used to love training, I still do, but I am very shy to start again. Help?
