Hello there,
I have a question about body fat.
2 weeks ago when I joined the gym and went for assessment I was measuring 177lb with 38% of body fat. I am 5'9. I couldnt belive cause just a year and a half ago I was 150lb with 22% body fat. Now I know that pizza cravings throughout my pregnancy could give me 38% of body fat. My baby is 3 months.
A week ago I bough Body Fat Scale and when I checked myself I was 177lbs with 34.5% body fat.
Today when I checked myself, I was 176lb with 33% body fat and 41% water. I measured myself in the morning before the breakfast.
Is it possible to lose 5% of body fat within 2 week (I've been working out hard, cardio and weight training) or the body fat scale in gym could have been wrong. I am not that fat, its just seems impossible to have 38% of body fat.
Thanks everyone.
P.S. And just how long approximately should take me to go back to 22% body fat from now, or rather to lose 10% of body fat.
