I'm a fairly big guy 5'11 215, but not really what you would call fat. I've hit a wall in losing weight(losing it for the Marines) and want to know what supplements might help with that. I do plenty of cardio and am already on an 1800 calorie diet specifically made for me by my doc. I also just started doing 5 small meals a day instead of 3 big meals. I run around 3-6 miles every other day and on off days I do a cardio/strength workout with 30 min of punching bag/speed bag.
What supplements would help boost my metabolism and give me more energy? I'm starting on a multi-vitamin at least(any recommendations?), and I've heard good things about CoQ10, L- Carnitine, and NADH (Nicotinamide Adenine Finucleotide) which helps cells convert food into energy. What do ya'll think? This is very important as I need to join soon so I can have my college paid for. Thanks for the help
