Losing weight

I still need help I'm getting married, and I just wanted to know if martial arts is a good way to go to lose weight, or not.

yes i agree with you but you should do exercise too daily and regularly for best result also pay attention to your diet include protein in it and eat low carbs and lots of fruit.

That's what helped me lose a ton of weight. I joined an MMA school and did Muay Thai, MMA and Jiu Jitsu and it came off quick. I still had to of course had to eat right and use supplements since I worked out like 5 days a week but its super fun and a great workout.
 
According to me for losing weight the most essential thing is exercise and yoga.
because daily exercise providing best result, and proper diet is also primary thing for every individual.
