Please don't take the advice of the above poster (Lizagil). It's either a sales pitch, or genuinely somebody using diet pills.
Truth is you can not target fat loss to specific body parts, but if you eat right, rest enough, and exercise you will see an overall reduction.
You need to have a deficit (burn more than you eat) of calories to drop the fat, you will also lose some muscle in the process, but you can limit this as much as possible with a good weight training regime and good nutrition.
It won't happen (as suggested above) by taking diet pills and continuing to eat as you do now.
Do you have access to a gym? Also post up what a typical day looks like food wise.
