My first post here to apologies if I am in the wrong board. I sorta let myself go this summer and ended up putting on a few pounds. I was never a small guy, but now I'm a lil bigger, and I intend to lose weight. I am currently 5'11" and weigh around 180lb. I'm 17 years old and I want to lose around 30 pounds - a lot, but I have a lot of time. My current routine is: 4 days a week an hour of weight lifting. 2 days a week spend about an hour on a punch bag, punching and moving, and I think I get a good work out from this.
My diet consists of pretty much Sandwich at lunch, water throughout the day, and then a dinner (usually pasta, or a meat with a few chips), but one day a week I have Pizza
. I then have a big bowl of fruit for dessert.
Am I going around things the right way? Anything I'm doing wrong or should be doing differently.
I'm entirely new to the whole weight loss thing, and any advice will be greatly appreciated!
