Losing weight

I wan't to lose weight the Right way without using any of them pill or what not. I'm a 220lbs 6ft male and I want to know a way to lose as fast as possable with diet and excercize, I need to know what right food I should eat and what good daily exercize I should attempt.

Well that gives me some encouragment to lose weight I already tried that Soda diet and it was working so thats already down I barly drink soda only times i drink it are at parties. thanks that information will help me some but I will keep looking around for more.
 
forget about fad diets and do some reading around this forum - especially the stickied threads in nutrition, on topic and the harsh truth - you will get the answers you are looking for
