Losing Weight & Dieting

We're all on the same page trying to lose weight and eat healthier with a better diet.

I have in the past been in the overweight section and have managed to lose weight within a short period of time.

But, now I'm going on a healthier diet and training for my second half marathon for the year.

I have a bit of information on how I did it the first time.

It's great to see that everyone here is very supportive of each other and wanting to make a change for themselves.

I will be posting my progress and food diary on here so that way you all can see what I'm doing here and take any advise anyone has.
