I have always had body issues and recently 'recovered' from an eating disorder and am now in control. Although i did gain a stone in this time and went from 112lbs to 126lbs
I am 5ft 4 and have a very small frame so i'm certainly not feeling too great about myself but i don't want to slip back to how i was living. I have lost 6lbs so i'm 120lbs but my ideal weight would be around 105lbs and that is my aim. But i have lost alot of my motivation in the last few weeks and i can't stick to anything. My plan is to stick to 1200 calories daily, eating small amounts frequently and also exercising such as doing toning and weights and also running in the evening for about 20 minutes. Do you think this should work for me? I need to lose this extra weight!!
